Maintenance Management

We have an experienced and agile team, which will be responsible for the management and control of maintenance and inspections, monitoring and negotiation with authorized workshops, suppliers and aircraft manufacturers.

Main functions:

• Plan maintenance in advance and flexibility

• Thoroughly control aircraft components 

• Choice of the best workshops approved by the manufacturer to perform the services

• Purchase of materials and services

• Monitor the implementation of procedures and release of aircraft in maintenance shops

• Manage and control deadlines and use of controlled aircraft components

• Update and make available - technical publications (maintenance and operations)

• Daily verification of the issuance of Airworthiness Directives for the aircraft and its components

• Control the expiration of mandatory documentation

• Safely update and safely store aircraft maintenance logbooks, engines and APUs

• Maintenance execution planning and analysis

• Manage maintenance program contracts (engine and cell), maintenance control (TRAXALL or CAMP) and others

• Budgeting, selection, planning and follow-up of maintenance shop

• Production of logbooks for the aircraft

• Monitoring of the aircraft in departures and arrivals departing in and out our bases (Pre and Post Flight)

• Execution of basic and line maintenance activities permitted by regulation FAR. 91

• Unscheduled maintenance (AOG) out of base

• Follow up of the process of execution of scheduled maintenance in a workshop

• Review of Invoices and activities proposed by the workshops in conjunction with our aviation engineers

• Procurement of aircraft components, with Reporting and Budget Management for final customer approval

• Check the quality and update the aircraft maintenance records in the books and service orders

Financial Management and Controllership

We have an experienced and agile team, which will be responsible for the financial management of the aircraft with maximum transparency.

• Administration of expenses and fees related to the aircraft and its operation, through expense reports and receipts

• Monitoring and validation of crew expenses reimbursement

• Preparation and updating of the budget for the operation of the aircraft and monitoring of the planned X accomplished

• Management and administration of maintenance reserve funds

• Presentation of monthly DRE, aiming to ensure adequate control over all financial and operational movement of the aircraft
